Collaborate with the Data Lab Team
The Data Lab supports pediatric cancer experts and aims to help them advance more quickly in their research. We bring a wide array of skills and expertise working with large amounts of pediatric cancer data from designing pipelines to ensuring reproducible analysis. We are available to put these skills to use for the childhood cancer research community by collaborating and consulting on projects.
If you are a pediatric cancer researcher with a project that you think will benefit from our expertise, we want to hear from you! You can submit an inquiry using the form below. Be sure to provide details about your project, your goals, and how we can help you reach them.
Office Hours
The Childhood Cancer Data Lab currently offers virtual office hours opportunities for pediatric cancer researchers that have attended a Data Lab training workshop. Workshop participants are invited to join us for group office hours on Slack and can schedule individual consultation appointments.
(Coming soon!) We will be opening these opportunities up to all pediatric cancer researchers in the near future. Office hours participants will be able to discuss their scientific questions and data difficulties with members of our team. Our data scientists will provide researchers with resources to solve their specific problems, while learning more about challenges being encountered in the childhood cancer research community.
Are you interested in Office Hours?
